Do I have gential warts?

I'm 13 and I've noticed these small (VERY small) white bumps on my . But the only one I'm worried about is one that's theme size of a lint ball. I left it alone and it started off white. Then purple, then back to white, and now it's barely visible. I'm still concerned about it though. I'm not embarrased to tell my parent I think I have gential warts but I just wanna be sure if I have gential warts. And also, can gential warts kill you?
