Need other mothers advice regarding increasing my child support payments?

File for a modification, remember that they take both parents incomes into consideration when doing this, so if you are making money off of your business then they may actually LOWER his payments since you can provide for the children a little more now. I'd find out where to file at, and then look at the income calculators and figure out if they are going to raise it or lower it.. You'd be mighty peeved if you were trying to get more support and they decided to lower it instead!
