Ok, here's the deal, our apartment complex was doing a huge re-painting on the entire complex. They gave us a notice about it maybe a day or two before the day of the painting. My dad is a construction worker and doesn't speak much English so I'm trying to help. The thing is the patio of our apartment is filled with construction supplies, ladders, paint, just a bunch of different things. The management told us to clear the patio or we will get evicted. I checked out the lease agreement and rules pamphlet and it clearly states that we are not allowed to keep these things. They barely gave us any notice and there is just to much stuff to move out. I would happily just move everything if they gave us a reasonable amount of time but, my dad is extremely stubborn and won't change his mind about the subject. His resolve is to sue the company for being able to keep his things in the patio and for not giving us a notice soon enough. So what will happen if we sue them?

It's like chicken pox, you get it once and carry the antibodies the rest of your life to protect you from getting it again. Testing positive for group B strep is incredibly common. i tested positive for my second pregnancy. It's not a big deal, they just give you one dose of antibiotics during your labor and that's it! Just make sure they know when you're admitted into the hospital so they can start the iv meds. As far as losing weight, I wouldn't recommend it, but only your dr can make that call. If you were eating bad foods before pregnancy and you switch to a healthy diet now, you may lose weight, but it's more likely you will just not gain extra weight. Most drs rec commend obese patients only gain 5-10 lbs, but if you are eating healthy and exercising, you may not gain even that much. You're going to be great! Congaratulations!

i was going out with this girl n she really was in to me n the beginning and then things just went bad. She said she wanted to slow down and she stopped caring about our relationship in my opinion. I find with my daughter (she is 17 months old) the best toy is a simple stuffed animal. She has a stuffed cat and we play with the cat all of the time. She pretends to feed the cat, will give it kisses, etc. I also find that I can 'teach' her manners and such by using the cat. I sometimes will pretend the cat (named Kitty) is doing something that isn't nice and we talk to Kitty and say, 'no, no'. Then I tell Kitty the nicer way of acting. My daughter gets a kick out of this. Also, books are always a wonderful thing to have around. Read, read, read. My daughter cannot get enough reading. We go to the library at least once a week. I swear I read her at least 20 stories a day LOL. Good luck.

How do I terminate my portion of a lease early that I signed with a "friend"?

Living in Hawaii, currently in month 10 of a 24 month lease that is signed by two individuals. We were "friends" from Facebook. I moved here from out of state and didn't have a job. After signing the lease with this other person, I found a job and freelance work but it's much too far to continue this ridiculous commute. With gas at $4.00 a gallon, it's costing me $425 a month to fill the tank 5 times. I can't afford a new car and can't take the bus as I need my vehicle to visit clients during work. From our vast differences in maintaining a household, this "friendship" has only gotten worse. I'm working two jobs practically 12/7 and the housemate is home nearly 24/7. I've met with and discussed these issues with the property manager but he doesn't want to get involved with the "domestic issues". He said I can get out of the lease and have my portion of the deposit returned if the other person signs on 100% or finds a new tenant to take my place. The house mate doesn't want full responsibility of the lease (which was their idea for 24 months versus 12 in the first place). The housemate has also poo-pooed any suggestions I've made about finding a new tenant on Craigslist, Facebook or other resources. The property manager has stated that we can both get out of the lease without recourse if we both move. Even though the housemate admits to not enjoy living here, they say they "can't afford to move". "When friends helped me move last time, a lot of my things got broken and damaged" was the reply. I've been more than patient, accommodating, honest, respectful and fair. This "person" makes me feel as though I'm only renting a room in the house as they have hogged all but one "spare" room simply because I didn't bring furniture with me. I don't want to sound like a drama queen, but I seriously need to get out of this situation or I'm going to develop health issues. I find myself staying in town late and eating out to avoid having to come home because of this situation. Every single suggestion I have made about me moving out has been shot down by this person. They claim to have had made 10 attempts asking other people if they wanted to move in but when they find out where the house is, they are no longer interested because of its proximity to "town". I have been a tenant before. I have been a landlord before. Although I admit to being fastidious about keeping the house in order, the housemate is the complete opposite. The living room and dining room are filled with their unpacked boxes still, after 10 months. There are far too many issues to list here and I don't want digress from the main purpose of writing. PLEASE HELP! All I want is to terminate my portion of the lease and move. I'll even forfeit my portion of the deposit. I just need to get my things out of here and move on with my life... alone. A little side note; I believe that this person has great satisfaction in knowing that they have "control" of my life and destiny. It is truly an unhealthy situation. I filed bankruptcy years ago, and wish i would have done it sooner. It was the best thing I ever did. Now I know the laws have changed but you start getting car loans and credit card applications in the mail right way. They know you can't file again for 7 years so your not a risk...granted the interest rates suck but its better than I could have gotten before my bankruptcy. Also if you work on your credit score by getting a credit card and paying it off on time you credit score will go up and in a couple years if you get your score high enough you can buy a house with the same interest rate as anyone else. You don't want to use a credit union though, when you bank, for loans ect, most do not report to credit agencies, and banks do, thats what you need to work on your credit score....Good Luck.... you'll be fine...better off!

Is my Female Rat Sick? Not moving properly?

I bought a female black and white hooded rat about a month ago. When I got her she was perfectly healthy, no runny nose or eyes, and no sign of RI or anything of the kind. She looked and smelt clean. She lives with another hooded rat, tan and white, and today when I was cleaning their cage I noticed that she wasn't moving normally. It seems like she is having a hard time balancing her back end. She will he walking then her back legs will stumble and sometimes she will even fall onto her side briefly, then correct herself. The other rat she is living with is perfectly fine. I bought both of the rats at different times from different places. She isn't losing weight, and is acting like her normal self, except that she is moving a little slower than she use to. It's kind of like she is starting to lose control of her back end or something? What's going on? The pet store said she was only 6-7 months old.

It sounds like your mom needs to do a little bit of growing up. Your sister might be right, your mom needs to have some guts and be willing to punish your sister like she needs it. It sounds like your dad has an effect on her so maybe talk to your mom and give specific examples "i've gotten in trouble once compared to her 50 times in the last month...." and tell her that the fact that she doing anything about it is making it worse. This will be more effective if you talk to her about it when your sister isn't currently causing any problems. Don't do it when your sister just messed up and made you mad because your mom will just think that you're trying to make your sister mad. Basically you just have to wait for your sister to grow up and get over herself. Maybe you could try talking to your sister about how she's probably stressing your mom and you out, and it also sounds like you might be happier living at your dads house. I don't think it's a particularly diverse album. A lot of the songs sound similar to each other and to her first solo album. But it is a very creative effort. Gwen actually made yodeling cool - not even Jewel was able do that! She isn't the strongest singer or the most innovative songwriter but all of the songs are appealing on some level. I like that she took a chance and wasn't afraid to evolve beyond the traditional No Doubt sound.

Garter Snake not eating?

snakes do not need to eat everyday. i have pythons, milksnakes, cornsnakes and a boa. i had garters when i started out. snakes do not eat every day-and they especially wont eat if they are stressed out (moving to a new home can be very traumatis for a snake). my suggestion to you would be to first make sure he has some type of pool to soak in and second-get a deep feeding dish and put a couple of wax worms in there. start slow and eventually he should be eating like clock work once a wek. don,t feel bad though-i have a young reticulated ball python that i rescued and in the 5 months i've had her, she has only eaten once. she went through trauma and also a shed but i know from experience they all come around. if your going to do the wax worm thing, put a little potato or some beans in their for them so they have what it takes to kick start his eating. to be honest though-don't be surprised if he doesnt eat for a good month. let him get to know his surroundings so he knows wherebhe belongs. snakes take patience but are well worth it. let me know if this helps.

I have a sinus infection. By that I don't mean something affecting my nose... in fact, I think my nose is the only part not affected right now. I have a swollen epiglottis (I ume. I haven't seen it, but I can feel it.) as well as some soreness in the very top of my throat. In addition, my ears are uncomfortable and unbalanced. I'm tired, cold, and sore all over. In addition, I just started tonight taking Sambucol brand elderberry supplements which are supposed to help. For this specific ailment, what are some suggestions on how I can feel better faster and get on with my life? You should make a point of eating breakfast as that is actually the most important meal of the day. If my calculations serve me right you are 93 pounds. You surely need to take in more protein to balance out your diet. I am not sure what types of meats you eat but eggs, fish and lean meats are necessary as part of your diet to gain weight. If you begin a workout routine and eat small meals every several hours with a little protein in each meal you will notice a marked difference in six weeks.

Ok... I just got this computer in the mail yesterday. I pluged the monitor and other stuff up to it. Brand new computer BTW. I had it on for 10 minutes tryin to figure out why my monitor was not getting a signal, because the computer was on and it was connected. I think maybe I should have had the monitor connected to the video card, but I had it connected in the other monitor socket that goes to the mother board, but that is beside the point. Anyhow, while I was screwing around in the back of the computer. I went to adjust the power plug, into the psu (Why I do not know) but i pushed it in or wiggled it, which proves to have been a very stupid mistake on my part, and then It kinda made a popping sound like, i don't know may a shock or a blown fuse, Coming from the area of the psu power plug and unit, then I remember there being like faint plastic burning smell. But the computer powered off and I could not get it back on. Now , even though I have done this many times and never had it happen, I believe that when I was messin around back there , that maybe I caused a spark of static somehow that blew out my PSU. I am not really too worried about it, I have another part coming right now. What I am worried about is what if it is my motherboard and not the PSU, or what if not only did the PSU get damaged, but the MOBO did aswell. I know that if the computer does not power up at all, then there can be 2 problems. Bad PSU or Bad MOBO. The people at IBP said that they tested the system and that the power wattage is fine, that it was probably a faulty PSU then. I was also worried that when I hook this new one up that the same thing is going to happen again. Or that I might plug in something that doesn't need to be plugged in. I'm just a lil surprised that the first 10 minutes of it being on that something like this happened and I find it kinda hard to believe that me adjusting the power plug would be enough to blow out a brand new PSU. So , what do you guys think? Also , what is the easiest way of testing this motherboard , without having to hook up a PSU to everything? I got a Dell PSU , but it is 305 Watts and the cords are not long enough, because they were designed for that machine only. But I think I might want to use it to test my motherboard. And when I do hook up the new PSU to my system I know where the plugs should go pretty much. I know which one goes to HD, and the 4 socket ones that go to the MOBO and other components, but my question regarding that is, what if I plug something up that doesn't need to be plugged up? IS that gonna damage anything? I am really tryin to be carefull with this computer. It is my first customized gaming computer I bought from Ibuypower, and not one that I got from Dell , or Best Buy. What's up with my skin?

I have basically clear skin on my face, but if you look upclose I have these teeny tiny red bumps. They are mostly on my temples, hairline and under my ears, like by my jaw. Jeep brand makes a good affordable jogging stroller. I don't jog with it, but we use it to walk and go hiking. The one I have has a place to plug in your IPod or Mp3 player. I think we paid only about $120 something for it. I like it because of the music and the front wheel that you can lock or unlock and have it steer easier. It also has a big basket underneath that you can put your diaper bag in. Evan (my son) looks sooo comfy in it and seems to prefer it over his other stroller!!

This is an awful question. I wouldn't be able to live with myself knowing I chose one over the other.I have four children all 2 and under, so none of them would be able to fend for themselves. Why dont i digest lettuce?

Disconnecting 4 exhaust oxygen sensors on Sable.?

I have a 1998 24V DOHC V-6 sable and I have to remove the catalytic converter Y-pipe so I can replace the speed sensor. I broke loose all necessary bolts for the Y-pipe but now I need to disconnect the 4 exhaust oxygen sensors.I can see the plugs for the sensors but I can not get to them to unplug, the wiring is to short at both ends. If I could get enough slack I could disconnect them.I know there is a tool to take out the sensors put I guess you would have to unplug first.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

How can I bring the nitrite levels down in my tropical fish tank?

My aquarium is about 10 days old and has had fish in it about a week (I used Cycle to mature the bacteria levels quickly so I could add fish after 2 days). The nitrite levels are showing as 'harmful' - ie not good over long periods for the fish. How long will it be before the 2nd type of bacteria kicks in to convert the nitrite to nitrate? And is there anything I can do to speed it up? The 4 fish seem to be ok, perhaps breathing a little quickly.

There is shy girl in my science cl that I like. We talk occionaly. I asked her out to a football game twice, but said that she was busy over the weekend and doesn't like football. I know how you are feeling. My college experience was very much the same. You decided to go there for a reason so never forget your goal to graduate. It is somewhat hard to make new friends when you are in an area where you know absolutely no one. Most if not all students at your school probably have other close friends going there so it is not as hard for them. Joining clubs and school functions are very good ways to meet people. ociate with people you work with to find common interests among them and that may lead to meeting some people they know. You do not have to party very much in order to meet people at clubs. Just approach people and be yourself. The main point is that you should try your best to not get sad. Be positive because eventually you will find someone to hang with. I did and it was all good after that.

For all those daily yahoo answerers, i am 23 i am sure you ahve heard my story before, back in April, my ex of four years and my 3 year old son's mother took off and move out to be with some japanese breakdancer. The whole situation hurts me and distraught me till this very day. First she cheated and left, took my son from me and his birth home, items and possessions. Hi! I dont think your tongue is infected because I had the same thing happen to me. You might be using the mouthwash a little too often and it has burned the top of your tongue and the yellow color could be from the yellow listerine! Try mixing half water, half mouthwash or using a salt water rinse more often. Or just switch to a different mouthwash I switched to Crest Pro-Health and had no problems! I took this semester off college (spring) because I hated the university I was at (D2) and I want to transfer so I decided to have a semester off just for fun and will start college again in the fall. So basically I was wanting opinions should I buy a new (new to me) car, a motorcycle, or just save it. I don't have to pay for anything in college as far a tuition and books. One thing i always find hard when i go to new countries is knowing when and how much to tip in restaurant or taxi situations! We generally dont tip taxi drivers unless they're really friendly or its a long journey and in restaurants i always tip �1 per person thats eating. I constantly feel like i have to pee and my l walls are killing me even when i walk. When i do pee its hurts so bad comming out i almost cry. It feels like its burning. This happened after i had . 6'5 200 what postion should i play?

I will be going into my junior year. I played freshman and sopre year but i was closer to 400 pounds then. So i was an offensive lineman/d-tackle. I wasn't horrible but i wasn't great on the line. Shoulda been a lot better for my size. I can get quite aggressive. I don't know how fast i am honestly. I feel pretty fast but i haven't taken the 40 yard dash and i am being home schooled until next year so i have nobody to compare my speed with. Not slow anymore but not super fast. its all about oxidation numbers, for example H+ has an oxidation number of 1, and most alkalines do, so looking at the families of the table helps you get the oxidation numbers (there is a specific table for that just look up oxidation number table or something), when you have a compound, just sum up the oxidation numbers and the sum is going to be your charge. But from my experience there is a lot of experimenting to do (by that I mean doing exercises) because for most elements there are 2 or 3 possible oxydation numbers, so do exercises and you'll find a trick of your own to avoid confusion.
