Different point gains in Y! Spades when an opponent leaves?

Yes, yes and yes. However in case (a), your remaining opponent will not lose any points (compared to b/c). And in cases (b) and (c), there is always the danger that you may lose the game, and the rating points (shock! horror!). So don't take any risks, force forfeit.
