I need Diet and Excercise tips for a 140lb 15 year old?

Watch your calorie intake, your goal should be 1,500 - 2,000 calories a day. Your fat intake should literally be 0 grams if you want to lose fat quick. On top of all of that exercises, run, jog, do kinetic work outs..really anything, diet alone is not enough to lose weight.
