Can I use this product key?

I bought a product a long time ago that came with Ulead Video Studio 10. I saw how it worked a lot like Windows Movie Maker, so I just used WMM. My Windows Movie Maker is getting a,little buggy on me for some reason so now I need the Ulead. My sister lost the disc, but I still have the product key. I can't find Ulead Video Studio 10, so if I downloaded a newer version, would my product key work? and if not, can someone direct me to a Ulead Video Studeo 10 download?
