Why don't we have this?????!?

Please tell me who will pay for it? That's all I ask. Just tell me who is going to pay for it. I pay $10000/employee right now for health insurance. It is umed to be part of the wage package. If I am taxed to provide health insurance, will I also have to put the $10000 back into the paycheck? Will I now get nailed twice?
